Baking instructions;

1. Set the proofer temperature at 32-35°C with 70-75% humidity. 2. Place the croissants in the proofer for 80 minutes. 3. Bake, in preheated oven, at 160°C for approximately 25 minutes. 4. Adjust the temperature and the duration of the baking according to your oven.
